£90 + VAT an hour
Call out charge
£90 + VAT call out fee for the first hour, every hour after that £90 + VAT

Studio flat: £190 + VAT
1 bed flat/house: £195 + VAT
2 bed flat/house: £220 + VAT
3 bed flat/house: £240 + VAT
4 bed flat/house: £310 + VAT
5 bed and upwards will be quoted for
Properties with multiple fuse boards will incur additional charge.
